Can lack of any particular vitamin cause headache around eye or pressure ?

Nope: Headache or pain around the eye, where the eye is white and no change in vision, is surely sinus disease. Or, wrong glasses. See an ENT doctor or try otc sinus pills first. If the pain is associated with visual activities, go to ophthalmologist.
