Immediately : The length of time you were on birth control pills has no effect on how long it takes to get pregnant. Normal ovulation resumes almost immediately. Usually within 1 to 2 weeks. If you want to get pregnant have sex around ovulation time. I'm wondering why it age 19 though you're in a rush to get pregnant? Have you thought about the impact this will have on the rest of your life?
