Regular pattern? : Normal menstrual cycles come every 21 to 35 days. This does not mean it falls on the same day every month. If you have a 27 day cycle for example it will never fall on the same day of the month. If your menstrual cycles come more than 35 days apart then you ought to be evaluated by your doctor.
