You may be but that: Unlikely causing your symptoms. Check a pregnancy test. It sounds like you may have a bladder infection but in any case it sounds like you need to get examined, good luck.

Possible...: Abdominal cramping/pain, irregular bleeding, constipation can all be signs of a pregnancy. But can also be related to a number of other processes. I think you should make an appointment with your doctor to be seen and for tests to see what is causing this.
