Be a good boss: Be good at what you do. Love what you do. Don't blame. Take responsibility. Help others to do their job well. Make them feel appreciated/important part of your office/work. Recognize/encourage/reward their accomplishments. Don't penalize their mistakes, but rather teach them how to avoid such pitfalls. Not everyone will, but many will enjoy working with you and for you. Rule by love, not fear!
