Talk to your OBGYN: Or a women's clinic, or midwife or doula to find support groups and reassurance. Try the hollywood birth ctr or amazing births ; beyond. Even long-distance these people are likely to offer lots of that. Close-up would be best. No doubt, the physical feelings (even when all is normal) are powerful, but most feel it is quite worth it. Remind yourself that it is the most normal thing in life.
