Mallory-Weiss tear: You mention first trimester pregnancy with ongoing vomiting that has blood in it. Most likely you have a tear in the esophagus (swallowing tube) from repeated vomiting episodes. Treatment is to find a way to stop the vomiting. Please contact your ob-gyn to discuss this problem and see if there is a medical solution to the problem.
