See gynecologist: Please make an appointment with your gynecologist ASAP to,avoid further problems. Sometime a pessary can fix this, or a surgical fix is also an option. Th4 doc will get a urine specimen to rule out an infection which could be your back pain issue, or evaluate if these are 2 problems. Good,luck
