Bentyl (dicyclomine): Bentyl (dicyclomine) is often given for intestinal muscle wall spasms and over activity. As a side effect benyl can cause bladder under activity and impede the vigor of bladder muscle contractions. Bentyl (dicyclomine) can also impede pulmonary bronchodilation and induce constriction so beware. 1-5 rbc's is insignificant.

Get worked up: A decent urologist might cystoscope you and/or do a voiding imaging study. I would make nothing of the few red cells; you can get this from riding a bicycle.
