Yes: It is on the higher side of normal. At this point by increasing aerobic exercises and diet modifications in addition to dropping some weight, if you are heavier, you can help reduce your pressure without medication. You should consider taking your pressure for a week at different times of day and record it to see if there are fluctuations in your pressure. Then share your findings withyour primary.
