Serum ggt 650! am i doa? what should i expect?

Not dead yet!: About one person in a thousand has an autosomal dominant mutation that causes elevated ggt. I sometimes have to write letters on these folks' behalf to affirm that this doesn't mean they are closet boozers. If you're otherwise healthy and your remaining labs, notably alk phos and bilirubin, are okay, i'd ignore it if your physician agrees.
