Yes.: Don't take more than 3000 mg of Acetaminophen per day. Used to be 4000 mg upper limit, but even this level can be harmful.

Yes: You can purchase it as a mixed medication. Methocarbamol + acetaminophen = Paracetamol (Robaxcet, Tyelonol Body Pain Night).
