I'm having dizzy spells with tingling sensation in legs. is this a problem?

Separate problems: Tingling in leg is from pinched or irritated nerve anywhere along the course from low back to the leg. Dizziness ( sensation of abnormal movement) is usually from inner ear problem. Obviously both conditions are not normal.
