Call dentist: This can happen. Take the pain medication perscribed by the dentist or oral surgeon. If they did not prescribe anything you can take ibuprophen 600 mg and 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hours, of these are safe for you. Call your dentist or oral surgeon about your severe pain.

Wisdom tooth Ext: It is best to call the dentist who extracted the tooth for you as he\she knows you and your complete medical and dental history, medications that your may be taking and\or ones already prescribed, and how best to resolve this issue.
