Hidden: Even though it sounds like something you find in a quija board, it just means that the source of the cancer is unknown. It is not terribly uncommon to see a malignancy that spread to many places from an unknown origin. Sometimes we are successful in identifying the site of origin, sometimes we can't and we have to do the best we can with the available data.
