Not pregnant : If your urine pregnancy test and blood pregnancy tests are negative then you are not pregnant. That we know for sure. You'll have to investigate other causes for the symptoms you're having.

A 20-year-old female asked:

Is it possible to still be pregnant if blood test also says negative but you have a lot of pregnancy symptoms or might there be something else wrong?

Not likely: If the blood test for HCG is negative for pregnancy, then you are not pregnant (unless the lab performed the test incorrectly). Assuming the test was done correctly by the lab, then you are not pregnant. There could be something else wrong, such as a viral infection mimicking morning sickness, polycystic ovary syndrome or hypothyroidism causing fatigue and irregular periods. Talk to your doctor.

Pseuodopregnancy: This can occur but you need to have your physician consider an endocrinology evaluation to be certain. Sometimes there can be emotional issues that need to be considered.Discuss this with your physicians
