Pregnant? : Pcos reduces fertility but does not preclude it, just makes it harder and less likely. Atypically 2 weeks post period is when an egg drops and your timing fits that. Spotting at that time does not suggest u have conceived. U could be pregnant. I would suggest simply test your urine with a home pregnancy test. Make sure to follow the instructions and buy an early detection one.
