Many things: Among the more common are shortness of breath, decreased exercise tolerance, prolonged low grade fever, unexplained weight loss, nausea, dizziness (light headedness), fainting, palpitations, profuse unexplained sweating, pallor. There may be other subtle non-specific symptoms but to make sure you are not missing anything important you should see your doctor for a full exam.

Many symptoms: Nausea, shortness of breath, cold sweats, dizziness, abdominal pain, fainting spells, especially if these are associated with exertion. Poor exercise tolerance, easily fatigued. Pain can occur in arms, neck, jaw, belly.
