Probably not: Stinging pain is an atypical description for heart related pain but if it is brought on by exertion and relieved by rest, you should discuss it with your doctor.

Heart disease: Slight stinging pains are generally not heart related. Having said that, to make a judgment one needs more information especially what is your heart disease specifically.
