Nutrition ; exercise: No such thing as "detoxing" diet, at least none w/any peer-reviewed published data demonstrating effectiveness at weight loss, much less safety. So there is no best one to lose weight. Instead, just commit to lifetime of healthy eating rather than a few days of fasting. Consider mediterranean diet which has plenty of data. Don't forget you need strength, flexibility, balance ; aerobic exercise too.
