I'm feeling suicidal every day.... are there any ways to stop self harming? or suicidal attempts?

Get Help!: Call 911 or go to the nearest er. Suicide hotline: 1-800-273-8255. Don't do it alone! find a mental health provider who will help you get through the difficulties and help you learn new coping skills: self-care routine, meditation, relaxation, setting up achievable goals. Consider medication, if there's a need.

Yes -- get help: If feeling imminently suicidal, go to an er for evaluation and help. Call 911 if you need to. Also, psychiatrists and psychologists are experienced in helping people with this type of problem. There are many types of self-harming behaviors, and these are best helped through ongoing psychotherapy -- including dbt in some cases. You can learn ways other than self-harm to deal with issues.
