How much would lung cancer progress if left untreated for almost 2 years?

Difficult to say: There are several different subtypes of lung cancer. A malignant lung tumor left untreated for 2 years would probably progress significantly in that time. Many individuals diagnosed with advanced lung cancer don't live 2 years after diagnosis. Every patient is different. See a board certified oncologist to get the info specific for your situation.
