No answer: Doctors prefer to have "evidence based medical guidelines" and approved tests to definitively give medical advice and answers. There are no tests that can truly prove if stress can cause what you are asking, and most likely will never be done. Stress can certainly cause physical ailments, but the answer to your question is no one knows for sure.
