In the US that would: Not be given, at 7 weeks pregnant please discuss with your doc because u should not be having severe pelvic pain at 7 weeks pregnant with no explanation, u need further evaluation of everything in your pelvis including bowels and bladder assuming you have no fibroids or an ovarian cyst which should be seen on a pelvic ultrasound.
