Confusing question: If you became pregnant in spite of having your tubes tied, as happens with ivf fertility treatments, you can carry a baby to full term. With tubes tied, you don't have a natural pregnancy. The sperm cannot get to the egg. If one re- attached, and a fertilized egg made it to the uterus, it could carry to term. Tubal pregnancies will not survive and end up in emergency surgery.
