Get a medical check: This bruise could be from any kind of injury or bump. But your enlarged lymph glands concern me even more. So the best course of action is to have your doctor check your lymph nodes as well as your bruised area. A blood count(cbc) may be able to rule out any obvious cause of bleeding(bruises).If the lymph nodes are larger than one centimeter or if they enlarge further, then a biopsy of the node be.
