I have a low platelet count of 40 alongwith high eosinophil count & high platelet volume, ocassionally i feel tired and palpitation too.please suggest?

Platelet problems: Low platelets (thrombocytopenia) are due to either decreased production or increased destruction of your platelets. A hematologist can assist you in finding the cause. This usually involves a bone marrow biopsy which is reviewed by a hematopathologist. A high eosinophil count can be seen with allergic conditions. See a board certified hematologist and start the workup.
