No: Egfr > 60 is good (the higher the better). Otherwise, you mention nothing that confirms kidney disease. Fluid around kidney needs followup. Blood pressure over time may hurt your kidney. Exercise to reduce this and cholesterol. Eat healthy as much as possible!
