Yes you could: You should talk with your own doctor about this, but taking valerian at bedtime should be okay. It has not been studied in people taking the 600mg capsules beyond 4-6 weeks' dosing. Also the effectiveness may be questionable: http://tinyurl.Com/pu3yjvb some people prefer using as a tea. If having difficulty relaxing for sleep, talk with your doctor.
