I have chronic ear infect. only when i wash my hair. before i would wash my hair and i would be fine, it's been a year, why is this happening now?

I do not know: It could be that you have an allergic reaction to the shampoo or conditioner you are using. It is odd to get ear infections form washing your hair. You could always wear ear plugs when washing your hair, until the actual problem you are experiencing is diagnosed. Good luck.
