DDS and MD: If you want to know exactly what's going on and how best to relieve your discomfort, you will need to see both your physician for the cold and a dentist to evaluate any intraoral conditions or problems.

White line, pressure: The pressure may be from infected sinuses. The white line, if adjacent to the place where your teeth come together, is a normal Occlusal Line. See your MD?DO about treating your "cold" and sinuses. See your DDS?DMD to evaluate your mucosal tissues.
