Get younger, or…: Do the smart thing and go to see your dentist for professional help. Of course you could try to do it on your own and use the caustic chemicals needed without the professional guidance of an expert. Otc methods can work , but usually have lower concentrarions because of the lack of professional guidance. Otherwise, just keep them clean with daily floss and brush.

No real way...: .. If there were, there would be no need for all of the products at your drugstore or the professionally applied and dispensed gels at your dentist. Brushing and flossing will keep them clean but not whiten them.
