A regular period?: If vaginal bleeding looks like a regular period and is close to the expected time of the regular period, then it is probably a regular period, which means not pregnant. A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result about 3 weeks after possible conception, so that can be done in a few days. If bleeding seems like a period, one can just wait to see if the next period is "missed".
