Burn fat: I am not aware of any exercise that will specifically work on a part of the body--wouldn't that be nice. Burn off 500 more calories a day than you take in and you will lose a pound a week. Of course good aerobic exercise will tone up your legs and you will be happy. Go slow and steady.
