Endometriosis: Although there may be other causes, you may have endometriosis. Endometriosis can affect the ovary, the uterus, the fallopian tubes, or rarely the intestines or bladder. Although it can only be diagnosed surgically, if it is inside the ovary, you may be able to see an endometrioma with a pelvic ultrasound. You should see a doctor have this evaluated.
