You can't: You can't cure g6pd deficiency as it is a genetic disease and there are no current cures available (except for bone marrow transplantation in very severe cases). You should avoid certain medications and possibly some foods (depending on severity) to minimize the likelihood of having problems related to g6pd deficiency.
