Yes: Vasomotor rhinitis simply means that your nose is oversensitive to many environmental factors (temperature, scent, irritant etc). Unlike allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis is not usually associated with itching . Nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing can occur in both. Nasal anti-histamines may work on both conditions.
