Yes and yes: The total circulatory volume of your body increases by about 1/3rd when you are pregnant, so swelling is common. See your doctor and make sure there is not another cause of it however first. Walking, exercise of your legs will help reduce it as will compression stockings.

Not normal: Is not normal to have swelling of the legs or feet. Your are a primigravida and with increase risk for pre-eclampsia specially if you have high blood pressure. Need to see your obstetrician.
