Possibly: Scientists are currently working on transplants as well as electronic implants to send signals to the brain. Its uncertain how soon we will see this. Hang in there though, progress has been tremendous lately.

Possibly: There is a lot of research on retinal implants currently. You may be able to enroll in a clinical trial if you qualify.
