Should not use it: If you have asthma or bronchoconstriction. Also, Oxcarbazepine increases the qtc interval on the ekg and the dose should not exceed 20 of citalopram.Oxcarbazepine can increase Propranolol blood levels and make you dizzy. Propranolol can also cause paranoia, although this is quite uncommon. I would stop it and contact your doctor about these side effects tomorrow. Best wishes.
