People have been: Having miscarriages, well, since there have been people. There may be an issue which needs attention but generallt not. There is no evidence to say how long one should wait afterward but you may need a mental break. The bleeding should stop in a few days but if its heavy get seen, you may not have passed everything (but you likely did) good luck.
