Normal: Ly stands for lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell (wbc). Gr stands for granulocytes (neutrophils), another type of wbc. These are normal percentages for a child this age.

THALASSEMIA: Thalassemia is genetic disease involving red blood cells, more fetal hb-f that are sensitive to oxidative destruction causes shorter red cell life, resulting anemia. Other abnormal hb in thalassemia are barts, e, a2 etc. Cells you mentioned are from family of white blood cells. High lympho% usually seen in viral illnesses, and high granulocyte% in bacterial, not directly related to thalassemia.
