Rash in 3 month old: It is very difficult to advice what it can be and how to treat without looking at the rash and examining the baby.Does the baby have fever, and other symptoms like poor feeding etc.You need to take the baby to the pediatrician to find out what caused the rash and the therapy.

Many possibilties: If no fever, not urgent; could be allergy/eczema or viral; see doctor for definitive diagnosis; consider new foods/detergents/soaps/clothes/etc.
