An emergency contraceptive like Next Choice can be taken if an oral contraceptive like tri-sprintec is used (inconsistently or for less than a month). 2, you don't need to take an emergency contraceptive if you have not missed daily pills (not taking at same time does not mean that you are not consistent). 3. There are risks with any medications - you can look up respective meds at drugs.Com.
