Probably none: To my knowledge, no laws in the US explicitly address legal issues about HSV2 transmission or informing partners. For sure there are none in WA, where you and I both live. While I of course endorse your intent to inform on ethical grounds, if you didn't and transmited the infection, there would be no criminal charges. A partner could bring a civil lawsuit, of course, but that's pretty rare.
