Check electrolytes: Numbness of the hands, feet, and face can be caused by many things. It can be from being dehydrated. Can be caused by electrolyte imbalance. Low calcium can also cause this. If symptoms persist, people often get medical attention and get their blood electrolyte levels tested. Stroke symptoms usually are one sided.
