Unrelated to PAP: The pap test (cervical cytology) does not assess ovary tissue or ovarian function. So, a normal pap does not have anything to do with the ovary. You may have endometriosis, a benign ovarian cyst, pain with ovulation, or a number of other things. I would get an ultrasound and see your ob/gyn.
