Surgery: This is something very dear to me since i had de quervian tenosynovitis which failed to respond to nsaids, splint, and two cortisone injections. It was the best experience since i was able to watch the entire de Quervain's tenosynovitis release surgery. It wasn't until my orthopedic friend freed up the tendons in the second compartment which provided complete pain relief.
