Yes: As long as your depression will not get worse to cause harm to you. Ideally it is better to be off antidepressants while pregnant so long as your health and safety are ok.

Antidepressant ?: There r some medication which r safer than others. And sometimes we use ect. Stopping medication may aggreviate u symptoms but taking medication also may cause congenital abnormality to the fetus.
