Confusing question: It is a reasonable treatment for discomfort.However, it has no special way of healing mosquito bites faster than they heal by themselves.Most can just be ignored with no treatment at all.

This probably isn't: needed for the average mosquito bite. Effects are usually self-limited. Store aloe vera gel in the refrigerator and apply to affected area. Rub a basil leaf on the bite. It repels mosquitoes & has anti-inflammatory properties effect. consider applying calamine lotion. Apply crushed ice or a cold pack.
